Cookies and similar storage we use across technotalim.com, the Console, and the hosted form pages — exactly what each one does, and how to switch it off.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. The next time you visit, the file is sent back to the website, letting it remember things about you — such as that you are signed in, or what theme you chose.
We also use a few related technologies on the same legal footing — browser localStorage and sessionStorage — and we cover them under this policy too.
Every cookie we use falls into one of these four categories:
This table is the source of truth. Each item lists what it is, who sets it, why, and how long it lives.
next-auth.session-token — first-party. Keeps you signed in to console.technotalim.com. Lifetime: session or up to 30 days for “remember me” sign-ins. HttpOnly + Secure.next-auth.csrf-token — first-party. Protects sign-in forms against cross-site request forgery. Lifetime: session.__Host-next-auth.callback-url — first-party. Used during OAuth flows to bring you back to the page you were on after Google sign-in. Lifetime: 1 hour.tt-theme — first-party. Remembers your light / dark / system theme choice. Lifetime: 1 year.tt-locale — first-party. Remembers your language / region. Lifetime: 1 year.localStorage — first-party. Used by the form builder and code editor to keep your unsaved edits if you accidentally close a tab. Stored locally on your device only — never sent to our servers unless you click Save._ga, _ga_*, _gid — set by Google Analytics 4 on technotalim.com. Aggregated session and page-view metrics. Lifetime: up to 2 years (you can shorten this in Google’s ad-settings page).AW-18002802869) — fires only when a paid ad click turns into a signup or purchase, so we can measure ad effectiveness. No retargeting and no audience lists are built. We do not set Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or any other retargeting / cross-site advertising tracker.
The public form pages at forms.console.technotalim.com/f/<slug> and the embed snippet at /embed.js are designed to be cookie-free. The only client-side state they use is the in-memory progress of the form and a one-off random idempotency key (not persisted across loads).
This keeps the snippet safe to drop on a third-party website without forcing the site owner to update their cookie banner.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry-wide consensus on how to honour it, so we currently treat it as advisory and apply the same minimal-cookie policy described above to every visitor.
Some pages embed third-party content (e.g. a YouTube video on a blog post). Those embeds can set their own cookies governed by the third party’s own privacy policy. Where this happens we use the most privacy-preserving option offered by the provider (e.g. youtube-nocookie.com instead of youtube.com).
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove a tracker. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes are announced on the dashboard.
