Payment Terms
Development Services:
- Advance Payment Required: All web and app development work requires advance payment before project commencement
- Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
- Currency: All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
Course Enrollment:
- Course fees must be paid in full through our website before access is granted
- Payment confirms your enrollment in the selected course
- Course materials and access are provided online upon payment confirmation
- No Refunds or Cancellations: Once enrolled, course payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable
- Payment Errors: In case of payment errors, refunds will be processed within 7-10 days
Service Delivery & Support
Support Response Time:
- 24-Hour Response: Our support team responds to service issues within 24 hours
- Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM (IST)
- Emergency Support: Critical issues receive priority attention
Service Instructions:
- All project instructions and requirements will be provided by our service dealers
- Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost
- Client approval is required at key project milestones
- Online courses are accessible through our website upon enrollment
Service Suspension & Termination
Payment Delays:
- Temporary Suspension: Services will be temporarily disabled if payment charges are delayed
- Grace Period: A reasonable grace period may be provided for payment resolution
- Service Restoration: Services resume immediately upon payment clearance
Permanent Deletion:
- 6-Month Rule: Services inactive for 6 months will be permanently deleted
- Data Recovery: No data recovery possible after permanent deletion
- Prior Notice: We will attempt to notify clients before permanent deletion
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Important Policy
No Refunds or Cancellations for Courses: All course payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable once enrolled through our website
- Payment Errors: Refunds for payment errors will be processed within 7-10 days
- Development Services: Payments for development services are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances at management discretion
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

Payment Obligations:

- Notify us of any payment issues promptly

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed solutions and access to online course materials. However, Techno TaLim retains rights to:
- General methodologies and techniques used
- Pre-existing intellectual property and frameworks
- Knowledge and experience gained during projects
- Use project as portfolio reference (with client consent)
Limitation of Liability
Techno TaLim's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or services
- Force majeure events beyond our control
