1. No physical shipping
TechnoTaLim Platform and Services LLP does not sell or ship physical products. All offerings — Console subscriptions (Forms, Web Hosting, QR Generator), online courses, and software development services — are delivered electronically over the internet.
If you ever see a courier tracking number claiming to be from TechnoTaLim, it is not from us.
2. How each product is delivered
Console subscriptions (Forms, Web Hosting, QR Generator)
- Access is provisioned instantly once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay (typically within a few seconds).
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address on your account, with a link to your dashboard and a GST-compliant invoice attached.
- The relevant product features unlock automatically on the dashboard — no separate activation step is required.
Online courses
- Access is granted immediately on payment confirmation.
- You will receive an enrolment confirmation email with sign-in instructions and links to course materials.
- Course content is streamed and / or downloadable through our learning platform — no physical media is shipped.
Software development services
- Project deliverables (source code, design files, deployment artefacts, documentation) are handed over electronically — typically through a private Git repository, a download link, or your own cloud account, as agreed in the project agreement.
- The delivery schedule, milestones, and acceptance criteria for each project are defined in the individual project agreement signed at the start of the engagement.
3. Delivery times
- Console plans & courses: immediate on payment confirmation. In rare cases (slow upstream payment authorisation), delivery may take up to 30 minutes.
- Subscription renewals: seamless — your service continues without interruption when the renewal payment succeeds.
- Development services: per the milestones in your project agreement.
If your payment shows as successful at Razorpay but you have not received access within 30 minutes, please contact us so we can investigate (see Section 6).
4. Where we deliver
Our digital services are available worldwide wherever Razorpay can accept your payment method. India is our primary market and our pricing is shown in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers can pay in INR through cards issued outside India; foreign-exchange conversion is handled by your bank.
The Console operates from cloud infrastructure that may include servers physically located in India, the European Union, and other regions; see the Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors and their locations.
5. If delivery fails
If your payment succeeded but the service did not activate, possible causes:
- The email confirmation went to spam — check your spam folder for messages from
@technotalim.com. - The payment is still being authorised — Razorpay sometimes holds payments for risk review for up to 24 hours.
- A technical issue on our side — rare, but happens.
Steps:
- Wait 30 minutes after payment.
- Sign in to the dashboard and check the relevant product tile.
- If still not provisioned, email support@technotalim.com with the Razorpay transaction reference (visible on your receipt) and we will fix it manually within one business day.
- If after investigation we cannot provision the service, a full refund is issued under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Section 4.
6. Support hours
The support team responds during our business hours:
- Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 IST
- Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00 IST
- Sunday: closed
Critical issues (paid customers, the service is completely unavailable) receive priority handling — email support@technotalim.com with “URGENT” in the subject for the fastest response outside business hours.
